I love finding out about the world around me and learning through other people’s experiences and perspectives. Helping people make the changes they need to live rich, meaningful lives is incredibly rewarding. I believe in evidence-based practice and that psychologists should only utilise methods and treatments that are solidly based on science.

I have over 23 years of experience in counselling and Psychology. I have deliberately worked over a broad range of industries to build varied expertise to be able to assist a wide range of people seeking my help, including drug and alcohol, workers compensation, disability and unemployment, government departments and private practice.

My professional psychology education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Studies, a Bachelor of Psychology and completion of the 2-year practical registration program.
