Through curiosity of “why here, now?” Ros aims to develop a shared understanding of each person’s life experiences and explore ways forward. Ros learnt Transcendental Meditation in the 1970s and gained knowledge in Ayurveda and mindfulness practices (yes, back in the 70s and 80s). Her current psychotherapy approach could be described as psychodynamic, informed by neurobiology, attachment theory and somatic psychotherapies.
