I value supporting personal growth to improve life participation, mental health and general wellbeing, with a deep belief that positive change can happen. I am passionate and committed to ongoing learning to provide the most optimal way to support individuals through their difficult times.

I have seven years experience as a counsellor, supporting at-risk adolescents and young adults across a number of different settings. I have worked with a range of individuals addressing a variety of mental health needs and concerns, including support for anxiety, depression, issues related to neurodiversity and gender diversity, school/work/study related difficulties, relationship and family separation issues, and suicidal risk and trauma.

My training and skillset

I have a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Counselling) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) (Honors). I have Youth Mental Health First Aid accreditation and am an accredited DRUMBEAT facilitator.

I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
