At the heart of my work is connection and relationship. I am also fuelled by curiousity and a desire to be growth oriented.
I have many years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults, individuals, couples and families. I have worked across various settings including addiction recovery, out of home care, sexual abuse, education, and private practice.
My training and skillset
I have a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology, and a Master of Counselling Psychology. I hold general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
My therapeutic approach
I like to adapt my therapeutic approach to each client and draw from the following evidence-based practices:

My client care philosophy
I believe we are connected by our common humanity and that collaboration is our best way forward. I hope to work with my clients to create a safe and friendly therapeutic space that allows navigation of themes that may be limiting and exploration of different ways to move towards less suffering and greater growth.
